Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the printed packing slip inside the box.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
